Any difficulties relating to the interpretation and/or performance of these terms or of an order will be subject, in the absence of an amicable settlement as set forth above, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales, even in the event of summary proceedings, contribution claims or multiple defendants. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may choose to bring any dispute before the courts of your place of residence or, at your discretion, before any other court territorially competent under the Code of Civil Procedure, in accordance with Article R. 631-3 of the Consumer Code.
